Archiving Policy

Jurnal PABI is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published content.

To support this commitment, Jurnal PABI implements a digital archiving policy using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which enables secure storage and long-term access to published articles. All articles are preserved in the journal’s electronic system and backed up regularly on local servers and institutional repositories.

In addition, Jurnal PABI participates in recognized digital preservation services such as PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and/or LOCKSS/CLOCKSS to ensure the permanent availability of journal content in the event of data loss or journal discontinuation.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to self-archive the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial platforms, provided that the original publication in Jurnal PABI is properly cited and acknowledged.

If the journal ceases publication, all archived content will remain accessible through established digital repositories to ensure the continuity of the scholarly record.

Through this archiving policy, Jurnal PABI reaffirms its commitment to preserving academic work and supporting the long-term dissemination of scientific knowledge.
