Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, distribute, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original publication in this journal is acknowledged.
Authors are allowed to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
Authors are also permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

The author(s) also warrant that all necessary written permissions to use or quote material from other sources have been obtained. - User Right
Under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, users are free to share, copy, distribute, and transmit the article for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given.
- Rights of Authors
The author(s) retain the following rights:
a. copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article, including patent rights;
b. the right to use the substance of the article in future works, including lectures and books;
c. the right to reproduce the article for personal or academic purposes, provided that the copies are not offered for sale;
d. the right to self-archive the article in institutional repositories or personal websites.
- Co-Authorship
If the article has been prepared jointly with other authors, the signatory of this agreement warrants that he or she has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf and agrees to inform the co-authors of the terms of this agreement. - Termination
This agreement may be terminated by the author(s) or Jurnal Bedah PABI upon two months’ written notice if the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within one month after receiving written notice requesting the breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement shall automatically terminate this agreement or any license granted herein, nor shall it affect the status of Jurnal Bedah PABI. - Royalties
This agreement entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author(s) waive any right to collect royalties in respect of any use of the article by Jurnal Bedah PABI or its sublicensees. - Miscellaneous
Jurnal Bedah PABI will publish the article (or arrange for its publication) upon successful completion of the editorial process and when Jurnal Bedah PABI or its sublicensee becomes obligated to publish the article. The journal may edit the article to conform to its style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage. The author(s) acknowledge that the article may be published with free public access. Jurnal Bedah PABI is permitted to sublicense the rights granted to it under this agreement.
